Noticeboard

To prevent the spread of coronavirus (COVD-19), we are  moving all requests for appointments to a telephone triage system. Please ring us between 08:20 -10:00 am if you need medical advice for acute conditions. After the doctors call, patients who need to be seen in person will be given a face to face appointment at a local hub within Redditch area. Please be advised routine appointments will take longer to address while we deal with the current situation.

Alongside telephone, video, face to face appointment we now have online consultations.

This health advice can be accessed either via https://www.online-consult.co.uk/org/the-ridgeway-surgery

Or for patients who have an online access, can access it via the "health advice" tab.
